Paleo Challenge

 Our Paleo Challenge ends this week! The numbers so far are definitely showing all the hard work everyone has done! We'll anxiously await the announcement of the final winner on Monday!
1st place for body fat % wins the whole pot!
Most improved in the benchmark WOD wins some Shakeology packets and a prize!


2012 Paleo Challenge is well under way! We are in our 2nd week of this 30-day challenge and the 13 participants already have started noticing a big change in how they feel and look!
Here are the Paleo Challenge Rules:
1. Must be willing to take before and after measurements.
2. $20 Buy In to support the challenge.
3. Follow the food choices strictly.
4. For every cheat meal, you have to do 25 burpees OR put $1 into the pot.

Food choice:
1. Do not eat dairy
2. Do not eat grains.
3. Do not eat legumes
4. Do not eat or add sugar of any kind, real or artificial.
5. Do not eat processed foods.
6. Do not drink alcohol.
7. Do not eat white potatoes.

Encouraged Foods:
1. Eat Lean Meats
2. Vegetables
3. Fruits
4. Nuts
5. Oils (Olive, canola and coconut)
