Consistency Matters!
Everyone is always looking for a "quick fix" to their weight loss/exercise goals but what matters most are the sometimes very small and simple steps you take towards eating healthy and exercising EVERY day. Results will come when you pay attention to EVERY bite you put in your mouth and EVERY step you take to be more active. We all want instant gratification and I am particularly guilty of this myself! However, patience has its rewards - you just have to HAVE patience! :) Now go out and make good choices!
