What? Weightlifting?Why?

Hope you had a great Tuesday today! Today was a little different at the Club because we started off our workout doing Bench Press Max weight in the gym. I am going to start incorporating a little more weightlifting in our classes. Not super heavy but I want you to get a feel for real weight and to be able to test your strength. We might just do it every other week but sometimes it will be upper body or sometimes it will be legs. I'm sure all of you know how important lifting weight is towards preventing bone loss, right? Of course you do!
After all, Total Body Burn IS your TOTAL BODY BURNing up those calories and so much more! Strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, agility, speed, endurance, and power all play a role in this class we call TOTAL BODY BURN!!!
